Everglow Collective LLC, doing business as Heroes & Sidekicks ("we", "us", "our"), operates heroesandsidekicks.io. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

01The information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, apply to work with us, fill in a form, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you apply for a role, this also includes your work history, the documents you send us, and the results of any skills assessment.

Information about your visit. Like most websites, we collect your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We use cookies and similar technology for this.

We do not ask for or want your Social Security number, government ID numbers, bank details, or payment card numbers through this website.

02Why we use it

• To answer you, schedule calls, and provide our services.
• To review applications and match people with client roles.
• To send confirmations, reminders, and updates about work in progress.
• To improve our website and understand which pages are useful.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

03Text messages (SMS)

We never share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented, or traded. Any information we do share with the service providers who help us send messages is limited to what is needed to deliver them, and those providers may not use it for their own marketing.

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, here is what to expect.

• What we send. Confirmations and reminders for calls you booked with us, and messages about your application or your placement. We do not send marketing texts.
• How often. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. That is between you and your mobile carrier.
• Stopping them. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. We will send one message confirming that, and nothing after it.
• Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or email us at hello@heroesandsidekicks.io.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us, or of being considered for a role.

04Who we share information with

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our website host, our scheduling tool, our email and text messaging providers, and our applicant tracking system. They may use it only to provide that service to us.
• Clients, when you apply for a role and we put you forward, and only the details relevant to that application.
• Authorities, where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not sell personal information.

05How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, or record-keeping obligations. Applicant records are kept so we can contact you about future roles. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

06Your choices

• Email. Click unsubscribe in any marketing email.
• Text messages. Reply STOP.
• Cookies. Your browser settings let you refuse cookies, though parts of the site may stop working.
• Access or deletion. Email hello@heroesandsidekicks.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor those rights for everyone who asks.

07Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no website or service can promise perfect security.

08Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
